• Managed Large-Scale Budgets and Operations: I directed a $44 million program budget for DynCorp International, overseeing financial tracking, procurement, and the supervision of 41 multinational staff.
• Ensured Contractual Excellence and Compliance: I have a deep understanding of coordinating with Contracting Officers and their representatives to meet all deliverables and program milestones while ensuring full compliance with performance standards.
• Maintained Accountability through End-Use Monitoring: I have extensive experience overseeing equipment logistics and procurement, ensuring rigorous accountability and quality control for assets provided to host-nation security forces.
• Led Global Training Initiatives: From Saudi Arabia to Haiti and Jordan, I have overseen curriculum design, operational assessments, and the implementation of standardized training for host-nation security forces.
• Spearheaded Security and Logistics: My experience spans managing logistics, human resources, and quality assurance for specialized units, including my tenure as a Unit Commander for the Dallas Police Department.
I am a TCOLE Licensed Master Peace Officer and certified Law Enforcement Instructor with an active Secret Security Clearance, with eligibility granted in January 2022.
