By accessing or using the Portal, creating an account, or applying for a job through the Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Portal.

By using the Portal, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

To apply for jobs or use certain features, you must create a candidate account and provide required information such as:
– Name
– Email address
– Username
– Password
– Other profile details as requested
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary to keep it accurate and up to date.
4.2. Account Security
You are responsible for:
– Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
– Restricting access to your account and devices
– All activities that occur under your account
You agree to notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any breach of these Terms or misuse of the Portal.
5. Use of the Portal
You may use the Portal solely for lawful purposes, including:
– Browsing available job opportunities
– Creating and managing your candidate profile
– Uploading resumes, cover letters, and related application materials
– Applying for jobs and managing your applications
– Receiving job alerts, notifications, and communications from us
You must not:
– Use the Portal in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
– Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or affiliation
– Submit false, misleading, or incomplete information in your profile or applications
– Upload or transmit any material that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable
– Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code to the Portal
– Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or user accounts
– Use any automated system (e.g., bots, scrapers) to access the Portal for any purpose without our express permission
– Interfere with or disrupt the operation, security, or performance of the Portal
6. Job Postings and Applications
6.1. No Guarantee of Employment
The Portal presents job opportunities that may be available with T12 Technologies and affiliated entities. However:
– Submitting a resume or application does not guarantee an interview, further consideration, or employment.
– Job postings may be modified, withdrawn, or filled at our discretion and without notice.
– Any employment offer, if made, will be subject to separate terms and conditions communicated to you in an official offer of employment and not via the Portal alone.
6.2. Accuracy of Applications
You are responsible for ensuring that all information you submit (including your resume, profile details, and responses to questions) is truthful, accurate, and not misleading.
We may remove or disregard applications that we reasonably believe are fraudulent, misleading, or in violation of these Terms.
7. User Content and License
7.1. User Content
“User Content” means any information, documents, or materials you submit or upload to the Portal, including:
– Resume/CV
– Cover letters
– Profile information
– Messages and communications
– Responses to application questions
– Other documents or files you choose to upload
7.2. License to Use Your Content (for Recruitment Purposes)
By submitting User Content to the Portal, you grant T12 Technologies and relevant affiliated entities a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
– Use, reproduce, store, and process your User Content
– Share your User Content internally with HR, recruitment teams, and hiring managers
– Use your User Content solely for recruitment, hiring, and related administrative purposes
We will handle your User Content in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
You represent and warrant that:
– You have the right to provide the User Content
– The User Content is accurate and lawful
– The User Content does not infringe any third-party rights
8. Intellectual Property
8.1. Ownership
All content and materials on the Portal (excluding your User Content) are owned by or licensed to T12 Technologies, including:
– Text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and design elements
– Software, code, and underlying technology
– Trademarks, service marks, and trade names
These are protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws.
8.2. Limited License to You
Subject to these Terms, T12 Technologies grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Portal for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with job searching and applications.
You must not:
– Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Portal or its content (except your own User Content)
– Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Portal’s software
– Remove or alter any proprietary notices
9. Privacy
Your use of the Portal is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
By using the Portal, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
10. Third-Party Links and Services

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

– We do not guarantee that the Portal will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components.
– We do not guarantee that any particular job posting will be available or that you will receive any job offer.
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
– Implied warranties of merchantability
– Fitness for a particular purpose
– Non-infringement
– Any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties; in such cases, some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
– T12 Technologies and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Portal, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
– Our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or related to the Portal or these Terms will not exceed the greater of:
– (a) the amount you paid to use the Portal (which is typically zero), or
– (b) USD $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability for certain types of damages; in such cases, some of the above limitations may not apply to you
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless T12 Technologies and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
– Your use of the Portal
– Your User Content
– Your violation of these Terms
– Your violation of any rights of a third party or any applicable law
14. Suspension and Termination
We may, at our discretion and without prior notice, suspend or terminate your access to the Portal (including your candidate account) if:
– You violate these Terms or any applicable law
– We suspect fraudulent or abusive activity
– We discontinue or materially modify the Portal
You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting us using the details in the Privacy Policy or any contact method provided in the Portal.
Upon termination:
– Your right to use the Portal will cease
– We may retain and use your information as described in our Privacy Policy and as required by law
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Unless otherwise required by the laws of your jurisdiction:
– These Terms and your use of the Portal are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
– Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Portal shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maryland, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do:
– We will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
– We may provide additional notice (e.g., via the Portal or email) where appropriate.
Your continued use of the Portal after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Portal.
